The chef will have the opportunity to work for well-established contract caterers.

The chef managers role
​

Manging a team of 3+ staff

Cooking fresh wholesome meals for the students

The chef manager must have experience cooking for large numbers.

Good leadership skills

Catering for up to 100 students, preparing mid-morning break and lunch

Build excellent relationship with the students and client.

Responsible for H&S and F&H regulations

Have experience on Turkish cuisine.
